Arm Balancing Foundations
Saturday April 18 2026 __ 10:30am-1:30pm __ Alchemy Springs __ San Francisco
Curious about arm balancing but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been practicing and feel like you’re missing the final key to unlock your full potential.
In this workshop, Reza will guide you in finding balance between effort and ease while building strength in the arms, wrists, and core. Through focused technique and embodied awareness, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of how your body moves, supports, and balances.
In the first session, we’ll begin with a group of arm balances that all return to one essential foundation:
Kakasana (Crow Pose). Once that foundation becomes more steady, the other poses often begin to open more naturally.
From there, we’ll explore:
Bakasana (Crane Pose) Finding lift and lightness through the arms
Parsva Bakasana (Side Crow) Adding a twist and exploring balance from a new angle
Eka Pada Koundinyasana I Combining twist, strength, and extension
Eka Pada Koundinyasana II Playing with splits, openness, and coordination
This workshop is not about forcing or “achieving” the poses. It is about understanding how energy flows through the body and using that awareness as a foundation for growth—with patience, curiosity, while having fun.
Also treat your self and stay for the Sauna and Cold Plunge after the workshop. Special offer available for you
